Refund and Returns Policy

At Ms. Mookie Made It, each product is made-to-order with your chosen design, colors, and details. Because of this, all sales on custom and personalized items are final.

1. No Returns on Custom Items

Due to the custom nature of our apparel, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order has been printed, unless the product is defective or we made an error.

2. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 1 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a description of the problem.
  • Once verified, we’ll replace or refund the affected item.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase — after that, we may have already started production.

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we’ll help resolve lost or delayed packages as best we can.
